Pi World Record page

The circle number Pi is a constant that describes the relationship between the circumference a circle and its diameter. Just in time for World Pi Day on March 14, 2022, the Pi record achieved by the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons in July 2021 has been entered in the Guinness Book of Records. The high-performance computer at the Center for Data Analytics, Visualization and Simulation (DAViS) had surpassed the old world record of 50 trillion digits by an additional 12.8 trillion new digits, previously unknown.

This proved that the computer is capable of performing complex calculations correctly. For this most accurate calculation, the UAS of the Grisons is officially the world record holder since February 21, 2022. This website offers various applications around Pi and the world record and further shows its magnitude.
